Lisa Albrecht

Lisa Albrecht is an attorney with 14 years of practice and a unique blend of litigation and corporate experience, focused on healthcare mergers and acquisitions. While she handles a full range of business transactions, her primary work centers on the healthcare, dental, and veterinary industries.

Her approach is personal as well as practical. Raised by a physician, Lisa saw firsthand the opportunities and challenges clinicians face when building, selling, or expanding a practice. That perspective helps her communicate clearly with healthcare professionals and craft strategies that reflect both the business and human side of every deal.

Before moving into corporate work, Lisa practiced litigation, experience that sharpened her ability to spot risks early, anticipate issues before they arise, and negotiate from a position of strength. Clients choose her for meticulous attention to detail, business-minded advice, and the way she treats every transaction as if it were her own.

Outside the office, Lisa enjoys time with her husband and two children. She is a proud University of Florida alum: she bleeds Orange and Blue.
